Here you go Lic, try this one out - seems to play just fine, and pretty damn fun too.
There are spots for a shake surf, although it usually gives you way too much speed - but it does work.
I've been doing what I call a double surf - you surf once, rope and let go very quickly, and then surf again all in one "motion"
