Fire-Lord: That still doesn't sound right to me. Have you tried going to your maps and clicking the Edit button, the little pencil in the corner when you hover over a map's thumbnail? There's no "Private?" checkbox between "Description" and "Map File"? I could have sworn it was there for all members.

Apocalypse: I'll probably send the finished version to FFie on Sunday. It's still quite messy internally, which would make it very hard to implement. Can't work on it today and tomorrow, but I'm expecting to tie it all up neatly Sunday night or Monday morning.

Only admins can change the public/private status of an uploaded map, as far as I know. But yeah, you can host a private map with HB, I just tried that to make sure.

Yes you can. But that's not what I was asking. What I was asking was, if you make a map private, can you still give the map number to HostingBuddy and host it successfully?

If so, that's my suggestion. If not, it should be part of the new system.

I did an old lady by hand, on paint, iam quit surprise how i enjoyed doing that ... sending to you right now ;)

i also did a super sheep, but iam not happy about how it look like right now, so i'll work on it a bit more :)

I am sure there are some good plugins for that, which can make it in 5 sec... no need to make it by hand.. (if I right understand u)

by the way, i have one more suggestion about wmdb:
u ve better change "view map in full size" to "dowload" and clicking at the jpg preview of map shows the map in full size.. (usual ppl get used to click at the image to see it in full size at all the other sites)
also ur system like "dl all these maps fom that author" is broken.
