Not true, you can try to increase the Dpi. If the image is 120 dpi you can maintain the aspect ratio but increse the dpi settings to 300dpi, this will increase the size of the image and not dither ...

Its quite nice to rope actually, shame the text at the top right steals crates sometimes. Keep at it man ;)
