Do you want to set the Weapons Crate Probability of all the Weapons?
Keep in mind that the "Super Weapons" group is not displayed in the Crate Probability settings... because there is another special button to enable them as a single bunch and this kind of Weapons shall spawn randomly in the game.
I took this quotation from v3.8 readme. I think that's the only glitch we are all talking. The quotation says that the glitch was fixed for ground weapons in v3.7.2.1, and only in v3.8 the glitch was fixed from weapons dropped from rope, chute, bungee and Jet Pack.
When the weapon is fired, even when you target it, it goes according to the momentum of the rope (think on homing missile or pigeon), and only after aproximately 1 second is that the weapon is triggered to follow and hit the target. The thing is, when you fire a weapon without targeting it, it automatically is targeted to the center of the map. So, the behavior of the weapon is the same as if you had clicked at the center of the map.
After v3.8, though, the only way to perform this glitch is first clicking at a target with the weapon and then you can change weapons, walk, jump, rope around, use low gravity, etc. and before your turn ends, you can make the glitch and it will work, but the weapon will go to the point you clicked at the beginning of the turn.
But wasn't that another glitch? Yeah, I guess that was the one in which those weapons were oriented towards the center of the map without targeting, and we had to do it from the ground.
If I'm not mistaken, he's referring to the other glitch that also involves firing without targeting... but from Rope, Bungee, Chute or Jet Pack. Then those weapons were oriented according to the impulse/momentum, rather than always going to the center of the map.
"The v3.7.2.1 fix, "The glitch in which targetable weapons (such as Homing Missile, Air Strike, and Teleport) could be fired without being targeted has been modified. It now only works in the form of pre-targeting, which must be done on the same turn." was incomplete. It was not applied for weapons released from Rope, Bungee, Parachute or Jet Pack."
