But wasn't that another glitch? Yeah, I guess that was the one in which those weapons were oriented towards the center of the map without targeting, and we had to do it from the ground.

If I'm not mistaken, he's referring to the other glitch that also involves firing without targeting... but from Rope, Bungee, Chute or Jet Pack. Then those weapons were oriented according to the impulse/momentum, rather than always going to the center of the map.

"The v3.7.2.1 fix, "The glitch in which targetable weapons (such as Homing Missile, Air Strike, and Teleport) could be fired without being targeted has been modified. It now only works in the form of pre-targeting, which must be done on the same turn." was incomplete. It was not applied for weapons released from Rope, Bungee, Parachute or Jet Pack."

Sadly, that trick has been suppressed with the new 3.8 updates.
I miss it too.

Hi, it's been years since I played, did they patch being able to launch pigeons/homing missiles without aiming them or did I forget how to do it?

I wanted to update my map called Flat Earth Apocalypse, just to raise the water of it, but I realized that if I raise the water, I'll need to save the map using the game editor. If I save using the game editor, the background will become transparent since 3.8. And all transparent background maps (all maps saved by WA since 3.8) are not supported ON WMDB. That's why I cannot update my map here. The background will become a solid black if you try to play the game.

Maybe the only way to upload a map here with a different flooding water is by uploading to TUS with black background (not transparent), using TUS map editor to change the water level, downloading it from TUS and then uploading it to WMDB.

They need to be .BIT, saved at User>Saved Levels folder. To open them, go to map editor select the map and play just like WA.
